Enabled Third-Party Voice Assistants on the Lock Screen
Cortana, the windows voice assistant, came out with the launch of Windows 10 on July 29, 2015. And now, it seems that Microsoft is giving up on Cortana as a consumer product. This is because Microsoft is allowing third-party digital assistants on to the lock screen in the new version of Windows 10, where only Cortana could run on the lock screen of the previous version. It means, now, with the Windows 10 November 2019 update, Windows allowed other voice assistants like Amazon Alexa to run on the Windows 10 lock screen.
